I · WHY THIS COURSE

Why this course, why now.

In a world of accelerated transformation, soft skills (communication, teamwork, critical thinking, conflict resolution) and green skills (sustainability, environmental awareness, circular economy) have become essential assets for young people's employability and active citizenship.

This course gives youth work professionals methodological and practical tools to integrate competence development into their programmes, adapting them to different contexts and profiles. We work with outdoor dynamics, co-creation workshops, real case studies and service-learning methodologies.

THE CHALLENGE WE SOLVE

Soft and green skills appear in every funding call and are almost never taught with method. Osmotic learning is assumed. This course provides the tools to name them, evidence them and communicate them professionally.
