Our history

Founding partner of BB&R, Nalia has worked for various United Nations agencies, the EULAC Foundation, and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has managed projects commissioned by the European Commission. She is an expert in gender policies, public innovation, and anti-corruption strategies. She has taught at the Autonomous University of Baja California (Mexico) and has been a researcher at the Colegio de la Frontera Norte. She has been a visiting professor at the University of the Pacific (Peru). She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, a certificate in Latin American Studies (University of Salamanca, Spain) and a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development Economics from the University of Guadalajara. She has been a researcher at Conacyt (Mexico). She is a graduate of FLACSO (Uruguay) and CLACSO. Nalia is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.  

A researcher and consultant at BB&R, Alfredo has worked on projects with the Inter-American Development Bank, the European Union, and Latin American governments. A specialist in political economy and strategic planning, he has led research and advised companies and multilateral organisations on public policy, data analysis, and institutional development. He was a researcher and professor at INALDE Business School, where he also coordinated the MBA programme. He has given lectures on the economic environment and has published articles and an academic book. He is a political scientist with postgraduate studies in Project Management and an MSc in Economics from the University of Los Andes (Colombia). He speaks English and Spanish.

A specialist in corporate communication, Eduardo has excelled in creating innovative strategies that drive business growth. Throughout his career, he has managed content on websites, demonstrated his skills in content creation, and led the communication strategy for projects funded by the European Union and the United Nations. Additionally, he has expertise in data visualisation, which has enabled him to develop more effective communication strategies. With a degree in Journalism from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and certifications in innovative learning, Eduardo brings a strategic approach to every initiative he participates in, fluent in both Spanish and English.

Associate Consultant at BB&R, with over ten years of experience in social communication, public relations, and journalism, Denisse has coordinated cultural events and social projects, as well as working as a web journalist. Her career includes participation in projects for the United Nations Joint Programme on Human Security, focused on social inclusion and youth empowerment. With a background in Social Management and Community Relations, Denisse has collaborated on international projects focused on education, contributing her knowledge to the creation of new educational services. She has worked on various projects commissioned by the European Commission under the Erasmus Plus programme. Denisse is fluent in Spanish and English.

Associate Consultant at BB&R, specialising in the evaluation of training and entrepreneurship programmes, with a focus on analysis from a gender and sustainable development perspective. Milagros has worked on international projects funded by the UN and the European Commission. Her career includes project coordination and data analysis roles in organisations such as the Federal Institute of Government and the Jesuit Migrant Service (SJM), which has strengthened her results-oriented approach. She has a background in International Relations, complemented by training in Data Analytics. Milagros is fluent in English and Spanish. 

PhD candidate in Political Science, specialising in Comparative Politics, at the University of Salamanca. He has participated as a speaker at national conferences on political communication and new electoral languages. Currently, at BB&R, where he collaborates on sales and digital communication strategies. He has practical experience in direct sales, cold calling, and insurance management in the energy sector. His profile combines academic training in social sciences with applied skills in marketing and social media.
