Musty Smells in Crawlspace and Basement Storage Areas
We have a partial basement and a connected unconditioned crawlspace under the back porch. Lately, the musty odor coming from that area has been wafting up into our main living room. We stored some cardboard boxes down there and they felt soft and damp. What is the best way to encapsulate a crawlspace and eliminate humidity issues permanently?
